Hello!

It might not seem like it should be, but writing a blog, putting yourself and your words, not to mention opinions 'out there' is pretty scary. Worrying that what I have to offer not being good enough feels like a permanent fixture in my life (oh hey #impostersyndrome!) But then isolation/quarantine/scary-ass armageddon times came about meaning I could get back into reading and make a serious dent in my #TBR shelf, so I thought f*&% it. If not now, when?

So hello from Pawprints and Pages, a new book blog with a furry friend in the form of my 3 year old Labradoodle Brie! This blog is an extension of my Instagram account @pawprintsandpages which incorporates two of my favourite things in the world; books and Brie. I keep my 'reviews' on Instagram to 10 words or less because personally I'm not great at reading long captions on Insta - the initial wow of the photo and a small description is enough for me! However, I found myself wanting to explain my thoughts and expand more on my reviews,

so here we are.
